Capitec apologizes for technical glitches which are experienced by its customers

Capitec is one of the biggest international banks that offers different range of personal and banking business banking solutions. This morning 19 July, Capitec sent a telephone message and posted in all their social media accounts, informing their customers that they are experiencing technical glitches. '' We are experiencing nationwide service issues including cardS. We apologise for any inconvenience.''
After that followed by posting on social,'' that due to an unexpected with an international service provider, we are currently experiencing nationwide service disruptions, Please note that card payments and Capiec ATMs working and reset assured that your account remains secure''.
A POST IN CAPITEC OFFICIAL ACCOUNT INFORMING THEIR CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE ISSUE OF TECHNICAL ISSUE
After a couple of hours , Capitec posted on twitter that they are back the techinical glitches has been resolved , " Our services are now back up and running. We sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused, Thank you for your patience and understanding.
