Asanda Ncoya from Khano HR Solutions welcomed the engineering students and gave them a little briefing what they do as Khano HR Solutions, “Khano HR Solutions, based in Hatfield, Pretoria, partners with NSF and Amangwane to implement an 18-month internship or in-service program. Participants will be placed in various host companies to provide services during this period.”

Ms. Zothando Dlamini from  Amangwane Investments facilitated the induction session where she presented to the students. She explained what is expected from them, how they should conduct themselves in the workplace, and engaged them by asking questions during the presentation.

Managing Director of Amangwane Investments, Mr Mavuso advised students to respect the workplace, be punctual and be hands on above everything.

Newly appointed interns were taken receiving their Personal Protective Equipment

After students were done with everything, they had to collect the PPEs because they could not work on-site without wearing their protective gear, so the funder made sure all students got their PPEs before they could report to work.
