President Cyril Ramaphosa announced a new cabinet during a televised adress to the nation on SABC and from the official Governments accounts online.

President Cyril Ramaphosa unveils long-awaited new Cabinet lineup , Last night on Sunday 30 June 2024 , the new cabinet was announced through a televised adress to the nation on SABC and in all official governments accounts online.
The announced cabinet consist of ministries and deputies that form Government National Unity which is ANC, DA , IFP , RISE MZANSI , UDM , AL-JAMA-AH , GOOD , FF PLUS and PAC. During the opening of his announcement speech Mr Ramaphosa said , "The partnership between the GNU is guided by the statement of the intect which outlines fundermentals princples and the minimal programme of priorities , All the parties have made the commitment in GNU to respect the constitution and the to promote accountable and transparacy government.''
The incoming government will prioritize the rapid increase and the sustainable growth and the creation of a more justice society , by tackling poverty and equlity as well as unemployment. The government continued to mentioned during the formation of a new government , they had to consider how form a new government in a manner that advances national interest and also give due consideration to the outcome of the election, Mr Ramaphosa said.
The action SA Parlimentary leader , Athol Throlilp on an interview with SABC NEWS after the cabinet was announced , he mentioned that he is pleased with the new cabinet but the hipocracy of the parties that are in the accepting the positions of ministries and deputies is concerned. The cost of operating new cabinet will cost billions of rands to operate , We as South Africans we understand we don't have that kind of money, he said. Mr Throlip said but there are positive side of the cabinet in Higher Education and Basic Education are turned around , on Angie Motsgheka and Blade hopefully their ministries have been around , those two ministries have not work well , Blade Nzimande has been in the position 15 years but not worked well. Mr Throlip said
The President Cyril Ramaphosa said , they had to consider that the government unit consit of all parties that are in the Government National Unity (GNU).
Eleven ministers and ten deputy ministers are not from the ANC , The New National Execuitive will consist of the seventh administration as GNU , The President Cyril Ramaphosa said , they had to consider that the government unit consist of all parties that are in the Government National Unity (GNU).
The cabinet consits of new faces and shuflinng , more than half of ministers who are managing new roles.
